David M. Ardam graduated With Distinction from The John Marshall Law School (now known as University of Illinois at Chicago Law School). He has been practicing law on Long Island since 1979, when he began a judicial clerkship at the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, Second Department. Since moving into private practice in 1981, David Ardam has handled thousands of successful matters for satisfied clients in the fields of civil, criminal and transactional law.

He presently serves on the Board of Directors as corporate secretary of Gift of Life Long Island, New York, Inc.
